Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ruknify's services, including our mobile application and web platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

Ruknify provides:

• A mobile fitness tracking application for individual athletes
• A web-based gym management portal for gym owners and their teams
• Member distribution and management tools for fitness facilities

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Ruknify.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Gym Owner Obligations

Gym owners who use the management portal agree to:

• Provide valid commercial registration information
• Not access or attempt to access individual athlete fitness data
• Use member information only for legitimate gym management purposes
• Comply with applicable data protection regulations

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the service without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all fitness data and content you create within Ruknify. We do not claim ownership of your workout logs, notes, goals, or any other personal content.

7. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

Ruknify offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features when you create an account. No payment information is required to start the trial.

• Subscription plans: Monthly (30 SAR/month) and Annual (288 SAR/year, save 20%). Both plans include all features with no limitations.
• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Ruknify does not collect or store any payment information.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings (iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Ruknify cannot issue refunds directly. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play support. Apple and Google review and decide all refund requests.
• If a refund is granted by Apple or Google, access to premium features is immediately revoked.
• Ruknify reserves the right to change subscription pricing with advance notice through the respective app store.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ruknify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Ruknify is not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Cancelling your account does not automatically cancel your subscription — you must cancel through your app store.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
