1. Information We Collect

Ruknify collects information necessary to provide our fitness tracking and gym management services:

• Account Information: Name, email address, age, and password when you create an account.
• Fitness Data: Workout logs, exercise sets, body weight logs, goals, and notes that you voluntarily enter.
• Gym Membership Data: If you are linked to a gym through our platform, your gym affiliation and membership status.
• Business Information: For gym owners: business name, commercial registration, contact details submitted via the inquiry form.
• Subscription & Payment Data: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Ruknify does not collect, store, or have access to your payment method details. We receive only subscription status information (active, expired, cancelled) to manage your access to features.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve our fitness tracking services
• To manage gym memberships and organizational features
• To process gym partnership applications
• To send important service updates and notifications
• To ensure platform security and prevent abuse

3. Privacy Boundaries

We enforce strict privacy boundaries between athletes and gym owners:

• Gym owners can only see your name, email, membership status, and gym affiliation.
• Gym owners cannot see your workout data, body measurements, personal notes, goals, or any fitness-related information.
• Super administrators can see organizational metadata but never individual athlete data.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement Row Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure data isolation between users and organizations.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in these circumstances:

• With your gym (limited to membership metadata as described above)
• With service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, email delivery)
• When required by law or legal process

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Request access to your personal data
